SHOPPERS BEWARE!nnI would give this store a zero rating if I could. They completely ruined my nephew's birthday by confirming a balloon delivery and then never delivering it. WE had to reachout to find out they wouldn't be delivering. They didn't offer an alternative time or solution. Every member of the staff was incompetent INCLUDING the manager who offered no solution and blamed his employees.nnAfter wasting the day they offered a refund. We accepted. Its been several days and no refund was processed. We reached out to Party City's 800 number and they contacted the store. The staff there responded by claiming they didn't know HOW to refund so they just didn't. Again, NO ONE reached out and explained what was going on. Had WE not followed up they would have just kept the money. Such an terrible experience! Needless to say we will NOT be shopping there again.
employees were doing their best to fill orders and expedite the line. The manager Vin wears his facemask like a chin diaper when trying to train employees. Totally disheartening and nasty. Would rather shop at a place that cares about its workers.
Quick, was able to get in and out within 15 minutes despite the line out the door
Great selection of party and seasonal products. The only downside is that the aisles are kind of narrow which can be problematic during the pandemic if customers aren't paying attention.
