Dude this place is so rude i can’t stand it anymore. Everytime i go in there they are condescending. Make sure you don’t go in there trying out different things because they’ll just get annoyed with you. I’ll never give this place my business again. I shouldn’t feel uncomfortable going to spend MY money lol

I went into Golfer's Warehouse on 7/7/20 at around 5:30 PM because I was looking to purchase irons. I had a budget that I was looking to stick to and never have purchased new irons before. I was expecting to be fitted and given recommendations on the clubs that I should buy.nnHowever, that is not what I got. The rep, who was a tall guy, just asked what I was looking for. I had an idea but didn't know how I would hit them. He gave me 3 clubs and told me to hit on the simulator. He didn't even set up the simulator to see what distance I was hitting the club. After hitting and telling him which clubs I liked, I overheard him on the phone trying to sell a PING Iron set which of course are more expensive than what I was looking for.nnThe fact that he could not give me the time of day and help me figure out the best item to buy. He only cared about selling the more expensive item. I understand that I had a way smaller budget (350-600) to be exact, however if you did not have enough time to help me, find another rep that does and wants to make a sale. I went to Golf Galaxy the next night and will be purchasing the same exact clubs from them.nnI have purchased many items including clubs and other items from you guys in the past, however, after that experience, I may start going to Golf Galaxy. NOT HAPPY. I did put a set of irons on hold at your store, you can now take them off hold and find someone else to sell them to.
