Nice Clean Place. Sometimes they run out of the popular items kids want. When we ask when they will be getting a shipment, They say they might not be. Thought that was weird, But who knows!
Always clean and always have enough inventory. Wide selection of products to choose from. A little on the pricey side, but it's expected for the quality of product you get.
Customer service is the worst. The cashiers are fantastic. The store had a great idea with a wall of pictures of all costumes with coordinating numbers. An associate even ordered them on here device. The People in the back room never to be found. Had to ask several other people as well. There is more thats why the low rating.
Good people but tried to get costume did not have most that was on wall then located one that I liked went to get it no mask grab a second one no mask then with that asked me if I want it with 20% off well no missing the main piece to costume.
Helpful staff. Great supply of stuff, especially around this time for Halloween!
