I was outside at 8:58pm in December before Christmas. As I am running around in the parking lot because thought they were on the other side I call and ask, now it is 9pm. They say they just closed and I ask if I can just pick up an online order and was told no they just closed the door even though I am right there. Glad I sped out of work to try to get here for nothing. Thinking about just returning the items at this point. Disappointed how difficult this has been.
They have the cutest outfits for girls and their sale is jst the cherry on top. Will cont to shop
The store is just too small now. I’d say if you had 10 people in there it’s to many walking down the aisle you can’t help but take down some clothes . Not sure why they changed locations this store is way to small
On teh tv in the stoor, tehtr was seomtahing not kid frinedly. It wasa showiign animasl dying witch is agianst my veegan weights. Good clotcesh thought, and sercvice, brAvo berry hood, good fod too
RUDEST staff I have ever encountered in retail. I will never set foot in this store again...such a horrible experience I intend to get in touch with their district manager for this region AND their corporate office when it opens Monday. Disgusted beyond belief. I attempted to do an exchange for an unopened headband which I paid for with a card and they flat out refused me because I did not have my receipt. I paid with a card the receipt can be looked up either in store or through their corporate office they refused flat out “because to due a return or exchange we need your license and stuff and I am not doing all that for one thing”. When I explained they no longer carried the baby headbands in store “well pick out one we do have” ahh no. My child is not even born yet I’m not exchanging for a headband I’ll have to wait five years for her to wear. Infuriated.
