My daughter & I shopped there this week and it was the first time for us in this location. Well stocked inventory & helpful friendly staff!

The staff always takes their time to help and do their best to answer questions and give personal recommendations. We were helped by Ashley today and she did a great job grabbing sizes and making sure I had everything I needed while trying on. Lulu Lemon is obviously a more expensive brand so I really appreciated her patience and recommendations. Also they are VERY dog friendly :)

Nice store, the tall guy was the only member of staff who was helpful and attentive. He might as well have been on his own. No one else seemed to care.

Went into Lulu’s to bring back a pair of yoga pants for my wife. She told me to ask for Katie. She said that Katie was very helpful and super friendly. My experience with Katie was awesome, extremely knowledgeable and professional. She seemed like she owned a business, which is an amazing attribute for somebody in sales. She almost sold me a pair of dress pants for work....I didn’t even know LuLu Lemon had men’s clothes. Lol!!!! Anyway great job Katie!!!

I love the energy sports bras, they’re the only sport bras that fit me and support me. I received some for Christmas and they were a size too big. I was greeted upon arrival and explained the situation she told me without a receipt she could only give me a credit for the price of the sports bras now since they were on markdown. I work retail I understand that’s common but I wanted to exchange them for the exact same bras just a smaller size so I assumed it would be an easy exchange. When she did the transaction I ended up with a balance of 10.00 which confused me seeing as it was an even swap of product. She explained there was a friends and family sale going on at the time of original purchase. Again I work retail and we’re very accommodating when a customer comes in to swap things we make sure it’s an even exchange. This is more about the principle than it is the money. I don’t understand how someone can come in to exchange something for a smaller size and end up paying 10 dollars more for the same exact merchandise. Especially seeing as one of the two bras were on mark down how does that even make sense that I would still have a balance? The company may want to revisit their customer service/return policies.
