Elizabeth was quite possibly the most helpful person I have ever dealt with in retail. She was knowledgeable, and very easy to talk to!!! Normally at shops like this I get super awkward and feel out of place. She helped me feel at ease for once in my life and was such an incredible help with picking out a perfect anniversary gift for my fiancé!!! I would recommend this place to everyone and def ask for Elizabeth!!!!!nnP.s. Management, give this girl a raise of you havent yet!!! She deserves it!!!!

I love the products in this store, but the usually very attentive service was horrible. There was no one in the store and the associates were chatting among each other. I was looking at panties for 10 minutes and had 6 pairs in my hand and was looking to purchase 3 bras. This is over a $150 sale. I was rummaging through draws looking for a size (because they only put out size 36) before the annoyed associate asked if she could help. Usually service in this store is spot on and they ask if you need help immediately as well as help with sizing or will get you different bras to fit right. This did not occur. She got the bras and handed them on for me to try on. The stalls were filled with bras that had been discarded in the fitting room. If they had time to shoot the breeze, they should have had time to clean the fitting rooms up and assist me as a customer. Nothing a little training can't solve.

Wont go back to Vicki's after trying these. Cant say enough about the quality, comfort, and durability but also very pretty too!
