To make a very long story short, I called Loft to vent about an issue I was having with AT Inc. customer service. I was very frustrated and was getting nowhere. Tara, AT Loft in Garden City responded with such genuine kindness and such rare customer care. Most unexpected is that she completely rectified the situation. By far, the very best customer care that I have received. Thank you Tara ud83dude09
