I’ve made a few purchases from Providence Diamond (jewelry and watches) and have had great interactions every time. Even when I stop in just to look, they are very helpful and accommodating. I generally deal with Alyse and Brandon and both are fantastic to work with. Settling back in R.I., my last few watches have been purchased at Providence Diamond and I can honestly say they’re second to none. This is my go to location for any and all future purchases! I’ve been a customer of Providence Diamond for a few years and have had nothing but fantastic experiences. They always have a wide range of gift options available to fit most needs. However, this year I was looking for something a little different. I wanted to have a custom ring made for my wife to match a family ring recently handed down to my daughter from her great grandmother. (I thought it would be nice for them to have similar/matching rings.) I worked with Alyse from start to finish and she made this project seem effortless (at one of their busiest times of year too). Regular communication and it was done on schedule. I couldn’t be happier with the finished product!! Enough good can’t be said about Providence Diamond and I will be a customer of theirs for life!! I highly recommend this establishment to all!

I feel proud to say that i'm part of the Providence Diamond family. I'm lucky enough to have this store in a drivable distance from my home. Brandon and Joe are extremely professional and friendly. Any time i visit this store they greet me so nicely and always ask my intention to have a cup of water and coffee. I feel so welcoming by this gesture. My dream Rolex watch was purchased from this store in December of 2020. I cannot forget that memorable day. Coolest jewelry show room which i cannot forget.

I had a great experience working with Brandon, Joe and Mark in purchasing a watch for a special occasion. Great selection and really responsive. Great service makes all the difference. I won’t be going anywhere else for watch/jewelry purchases.

I purchased a Tudor Black Bay GMT on 01/02/2021 and I absolutely love it. I was originally hoping to find a NEW Rolex but their stock was rather limited (as to be expected at this time of year). The staff was incredibly knowledgeable about their merchandise, especially Joe who assisted me. He was absolutely professional and extremely patient as I mulled over my many options with no pressure or bait and switch tactics. Puchasing from here was a very comfortable and pleasant experience. I will definitely be back when the new Rolex 2021 models are available. If you're in the market for a luxury Swiss time piece in the Southern New England area stop by and pay them a visit. You surely will not be disappointed.
