I see the bad reviews from 10 months/1 year ago and I would agree that’s exactly how the store was for a few years... I stopped shopping there for those reasons.nI went in January 2020 and it was completely different - very much the Talbots I remember, with polite, attentive, and helpful workers.nRemodeling the interior including getting rid of the last batch of saleswomen who were awful.

Very expensive, but wo fearful, good quality. I have cloths from there that is 8 years old and still use it. You do get what you pay for. Look for 40% off storewide or end of season clearance. Treat yourself once in a while to good quality, well made clothing.

Nice store well organized, I thought a little pricey but I wasn't shopping, just accompanying. No sale!
