I have shopped Sonya’s several times but that’s it, never again! I purchased several dresses for formal affairs Weddings, Proms, etc. all around $500. EachnStraw that broke the camels back is when they refused to have beads resewn on a dress. In fact I was told they could put it back on the rack as is.....unfortunately I had already purchased the dress. Oh did I mention no refunds or exchanges!nTheir horrendous customer service is absolutely appalling.....Good-bye, good riddens, good luck......by Felicannand it certainly wasn’t an “as is” sale either!

Amazing store with incredible selection and stellar service. The owner is a gem who always goes out of her way for us. She has an amazing eye for style. My wife shops here every time we're in town!

Robin and Francesca are good, but Hailey (assistant manager) and Sonya (owner) are out for the store, not the customer. Charged us 20.00 restocking fee for switching a dress within a week even of it being on layaway l. The store is STILL making money it was a change. They almost made my daughter keep the original dress. You the customer choose what to buy. Then the dress we switched had beading missing one associate said no problem bring it in. Of course Hailey sorry we can’t fix it! Smh beware. When shopping here. Some of their policies are bull sh%! You should make customer happy. These things are not asking for much at all.ud83eudd37ud83cudffd‍♀ufe0fud83dude44 Nice way to deflect blame the customer it’s not about some people can’t be satisfied its about the poor policies that you have so you can benefit and make money, not my negativity. You were the most negative of all the employees Hailey. We have a right to post our experiences.

I went here and bought my prom dress in 2015 and absolutely loved it, so now that I am getting married and looking for a a more colorful wedding dress I thought, hey I will go back to Sonya's! When I walked in the door not one person said hello to me or asked if I needed any assistance. I had store staff look at me and walk away. I have never experienced this kind of blatant disregard at a store before, I am not sure if it was because I am younger or because they thought I wouldnt be able to afford the dresses in there, but I was extremely disappointed and I will no longer suggest this place to my friends. Very disappointing.
