I went to Town Fair today to get an estimate on replacing all 4 of my tires. I lease my car and the dealership had previously told me all needed to be changed out. The manager, Kevin, came out and took a look at my car and could very quickly tell I didn't need them replaced. He used his nifty tool on all 4 and shared with me the information needed in case I have any issues with the dealership. So incredibly thankful! He could have easily sold me something I didn't need but didn't! Great service! Will definitely go here again when the time comes. Thank you, Kevin!

I would highly recommend Town Fair Tire to anyone looking for top notch service. Ray and his team of experts were knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I came to them with a new vehicle purchase where I was having issues with vibrations and road noise. Ray and I discussed various tire options and he also pointed out that my previous tire balance was not done correctly. After going with his tire recommendation, Ray made an appointment for me within 5 days. I was in and out of the shop within 90 minutes. After 4 new tires, balance, and alignment with their state of the art equipment, I was able to test the new tires out. Thanks to Ray and his team, my new car rides seamlessly and is riding 100% smoothly. I feel comfortable and confident in returning to Town Fair Tire in Cranston for all future tire and alignment servicing. Thank you gentlemen.

I've been to a few different Town Fair Tires, and they've all been pretty good, but this location in Cranston specifically was great. Kevin helped me out over the phone, he was super friendly and was able to get me in on a Saturday morning first thing to get a nail hole in my tire patched. I was in and out in less than an hour. I definitely appreciated his help, and the work they did, and I will definitely be going back.

This Town Fair Tire is the most efficient, nice and polite store I have been to. I've been to other locations and the Cranston location is the best one. The guys at the front actually care and you aren't just another number to them. They take of you well here. I recommended my sister, mom, and aunt to go here and when they did, they were not disappointed. I had to go back recently because of a pothole, and they helped me and remembered me. Great service here at the Cranston location.

My appointment was at 1pm. I arrived at 12:55 no one was at the desk. I stood there for almost 10 minutes with several employees walking past me without even acknowledging me. Finally someone came out. They took my car in at 1:30. I then notice on the tv that shows the work area in the back, they had the WRONG TIRE OFF!!! I asked the man at the counter why they had the wrong TIRE off. I could see he told the worker and came back out and again said NOTHING!!! Common courtesy goes a long way!!! NEVER AGAIN
