First time I've been there. Place is super clean and organized. The place opened in 2020 so this new place is already a gem in my book.nnBest Chai around! I always go around seeking out new places for Chai. The extra touch of foam on top is a delight!nnGot breakfast sandwiches too and they're also great. Will go back again soon!

Tried this place today for the first time. I did look up the menu before hand to ensure they had some things everyone could enjoy. It's a relatively simple menu however it offers plenty of variety. It's a cute little cafe that offers sandwiches, coffee, treats and in an odd twist, ice cream.nnThe shop itself is on a main street with on street parking. There is also a small lot behind the building off a side street. I'm not sure it's for customers. One side of the lot is labeled residents only but the other side (closest to building) wasn't labeled. No one seemed to mind the 15 minutes or so I was parked there. The shop offers a huge front glass wall that lets in plenty of natural light. A very open floor plan that also sperated the ice cream from food and drinks. A few inside tables and some outdoor ones too make sitting in very possible.nnThe wait was a little bit slow and it was kind of dead. However there was only 2 (that I could see) ladies working. They worked diligently and together and apologized for the wait. Only being once I can't confirm if that is a regular thing or just short handed today. If you're in a rush, I wouldnt recommend walk in. However I watched a few people pick up to go orders. I'm not sure if they called in or used a app tho. So it's possible.nnThe coffee was honestly average to my taste. It wasn't great but by no means was it bad. Definitely isnt this shops strongest point. That being said, it's not a high end coffee shop to me. So what I ordered was on par with what I expected. I'd like to see the prices drop a little bit to reflect that but that's a miniscule point.nnThe sandwich was really good. A toasted croissant with chicken salad, lettuce and tomato. Pretty simple but really good. They had a big selection of treats. My partner grabbed some macarons. They aren't my to go treat but she said they're really good. I didn't get to try any of the ice cream to comment on it.nnOverall it's a very cute little cafe with good staff, decent food and a wonderful environment. I wish the prices were a little cheaper but it wouldn't stop me from going back if I was I the area again and needed quick bite for lunch.
