In my experience the team at Pleasant Car Care is amazing. They are sure to clearly explain the issues they uncover, and recently started sending photos so I can verify. They are quick to get quotes and frequently come in under the original quote. They are also quick to get repairs done and are sure to give you updates. I was having trouble with my tire and wanted just an overall maintenance check. Pleasant Car Care sent me picture text messages explaining things that needed to be done and then called and explained in detail everything, including cost. They were able to fix everything the same day. Aeryn at the front desk was so kind, friendly and patient. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!
I had a great experience at Pleasant Car Care! Aeryn was extremely nice and knowledgeable about cars and showed me up close the problems my car was having. As a woman in my 20s I appreciated that a lot because not many people would take the time to explain these things thoroughly to me. Everyone at Pleasant Car Care is quick and efficient.
