I liked the ability to pre-load most if not all of my tax info way ahead of time. The process was seamless and Deborah had a list of targeted questions for me once the tax prep was almost completed. Two hours later it was done, paid for and the return was filed. Skip to the following day when I called to tell her that I just received yet another tax form (K1) she was just as comforting as the first time we spoke and kept me from leaping off the ledge.
