Waitresses are top notch! I haven’t met any staff there who isn’t extremely friendly. The menu is large so there is something for everyone! Portion size is generous as well. Prices are very fair. They cooked my steak exactly how I asked and that’s a first for anywhere I’ve ever had steak..even Texas Roadhouse! I wish I lived closer or they’d definitely be a part of our regular restaurant rotation. Love Dan’s place!

Dan’s place .. is pretty awesome. They have a huge restaurant that offers a nice bar and outside seating. The inside is nice and roomy . The staff are very friendly and attentive. Their menu is vast . They offer so many options that it takes some time to decide what to eat. Everything sounds better than the next . Then when the food lands on the table , it looks as good as it sounded , and tastes better then you expected. Very good food. Located right off the highway if you are traveling , so it’s very convenient. All in all for my first time there, it was very good . I can’t wait to go back.

Saturday, time for a real meal. Wanted chicken fried steak and Dan's was the place recommended. Good call. They are taking COVID-19 seriously but not fanatic. Jamie was an excellent and friendly wait person. The chicken fried steak was very good but the a sausage gravy was fantastic. Glad I asked for a little extra. Even the green beans were cooked just right. Crisp and fresh. For dessert? Peanut butter pie of course. I will be back. There are a few things on the menu I want to check out.

We drove an hour to eat here and it is already a favorite. Our first visit did not disappoint. We heard about this place and had to try it out. I had the best patty melt I’ve ever had. My husband had a bourbon burger that he said was delicious. The fries were hot and crispy and the martini was generous and a very good price. Our server, Alexa, was efficient and a pure delight. I can’t wait to come back with the entire family.

I am giving two stars because we have been here once before and it was great, however this time we went and ordered a bunch of apps. All of them were over cooked and dry the chili was dry as well. It was just meat and beans in a bowl with cheese on top. There was no sauce to it. The chili we ate but sent back the other few apps and they brought us the exact same food just reheated. I was appalled to say the least. The manager (I believe her name is Lisa) very rude. She did not seem to care in the least that our food was over cooked but to bring it back 5 minutes later and it be the same food we sent back is not ok. She obviously never even checked it or she just didn't care. We will give them another chance as this was not our first visit and the other time we went the food was great and so was the service. If this had been our first experience we would never go back. We were charged the full bill.
