The lights were on and two men were standing in the store. Google said they were open. It was 35 degrees outside. My 74 year old Mother went to the door to try and get a sandwich. At first they ignored her. When she persisted to knock on the door they started laughing at her. I have never witnessed such rude behavior from a Jimmy John's. I took my mother elsewhere and we will never return to this horrible establishment. Jimmy Johns should be ashamed of this franchise. I will be forwarding this to corporate. How dare you treat any woman like this, especially my Mother!

This Jimmy Johns has never let me down! Always delicious subs and friendly staff. Freaky fast every time with happy delivery drivers! Also they have the best pickles I've ever had in my life. And great rewards program! Thank you to all the staff from West Liberty street Jimmy Johns!
