Just filed a complaint with ohio attorney general to force them to mail me a title. Several others have had to do the same thing. Over 50 days and no title. Will not answer the phone when you call. Uses several phones, and none of them allow you to leave a message. Extremely shady dealer, has things come up and can't be available during business hours? Gives you the run around about dam near everything. How on earth they have not been shut down yet is beyond me, avoid at all costs!

We had excellent service and they were upfront about everything. They were able to very us financed immediately & with no problems at a good rate. Thank you guys!

This place is a rip off I suggest you take your money somewhere else

Called and asked multiple times of car was clean, had any issues, any rust, any engine knocks or ticks. Was told no, car is ready and good to go. Drove 4 hours only to have an argumentative “sales” man argue how this car is below KBB and that the very LOUD and audible engine knock was not a engine knock/tick, and that all I needed was a oil change to make it go away??? I asked 3x over the phone to confirm there was no engine tick or knock, and once via text. Low and behold 4 hours later the cars knock sounds like an ATF raid. Not only did the car have a loud knock, thankfully I bought my diagnostic computer with me and was able to see 2 CYLINDERS misfiring and one cylinder without proper compression. The car seats were all severely damaged, mold growing on the carpet of the car, and rust eating every corner of the car. Nothing like the photos or what was discussed over the phone. This is the definition of a horrible dealership and you should stay away from this dealership. 8 hours of my time gone just because they’re trying to pass some flood/barn car that’s been sitting for a decade for $500 below KBB value. STAY. AWAY. Unless you wanna get screwed nicely. Most of the reviews on here are by friends, family, and employees of this place. How places like this stay in business is beyond me, my best guess is ripping off people with no knowledge on cars or older folks. Thankfully I have atleast half a brain to realize a oil change isn’t going to make a rod knock go away.
