DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALD'S!!My overall experience at this McDonald's would have to be the worst experience with customer service and the food overall. They got my order wrong and made me wait 30 min to correct the issue. The Male manager was the rudest and said argued with me about the pink meat! The meat was absolutely pink and the fries were soggy and tasted stale! The nuggets taste like reheated old food!! Nothing taste fresh and the soda is so flat it's not even worth the dollar!! These are facts! The McDonald's on lohman has the BEST food!

Soggy fries and old tasting chicken nuggets.. Service was fast so I wouldn't expect problems but the fries we disappointing. 10 seconds after we got the bag we tried them and they were bad. Then the spicy chicken nuggets tasted and felt like they were something we bought yesterday and heated it in the microwave.

I got to the window and asked for 2 sauces, so the woman told me that I had to go back through the drive thru to order the sauces and pay for them. So I went back through the line after I already received my food and paid for my two sauces at the cashier's window. When I got to the second window the same woman gave me 3 sauces when I only paid for 2. Could I have saved all that trouble of going back through the line by just asking for one sauce? I feel like I should've have been able to give her the 54¢ at that service window to get TWO sauces.

They forgot my daughter's dinner, had to drive back 20 minutes, not apologetic, no free goodie, didn't seem to care for me as a customer. When I went to fill out the survey from receipt it had the wrong web address. It had voice.com, a social media site, instead of mcdvoice.com. I think it was programmed in to avoid poor surveys. This should be investigated. Anyway, they don't care if they get your order correct, I did the survey anyway requested acknowledgement and did not get any feedback from mvdvoice.com. Corporate, how sad.
