I usually use the drive-through. Service is always very quick and accurate. Updated Nov 23, 2020 - I ordered a BBQ Crispy Chicken Sandwich with Bacon. There was no Bacon nor was it BBQ. The cashier who took my order was very friendly but the young man who delivered my food never said a word or even greeted me.
It was good! The food itself was tasty and we got it fairly rapidly. There was a Spanish fútbol game going on which was fun to watch but for those who do not speak Spanish, I am sure would have been a turn off. I was playing fairly loud and it filled the space with unnecessary noise. The staff were kind. Good COVID protection.
Most the time great, every so often the order is a little wrong but not a big deal it's usually little things like ice in the drink when I asked for none. Overall polite staff and fast service.
I've been going here for decades. My mother in law was even the manager there. This place has gone down in the quality of service. They served me a cold burger and gave me what seemed to be old fries. Even my burger bread seemed old. Not sure who runs it at night but they guy even rushed me when ordering with no line information or behind me.
This place manages to mess up at least one thing every time I go here. From finding a metal shaving in my food to just missing parts of my order. 9/10 times you go here the person taking your order through the drive-thru barely speaks a word of English. You think they could take the person running the credit card on the cashier and put them on the headset that takes the order instead when they're easier to communicate with most of the time.
