Irene, helped me resolve back pain that I had been dealing with for 9 years. Over the years each episode would present in a similar way and was debilitating. I started to have more regular back pain and problems. I started to worry about not being able to perform my job as a firefighter and not being able to recreate in the outdoors.
After Irene assessed my condition, she thought that I had a bulged disc. She was able to clearly explain the issue, and she provided a game plan to heal the bulged disc through prescribed exercise and better habits (sitting and standing with good posture). She would also put medical tape on my back that helped encourage the better habits.
I followed her game plan and she helped me heal the bulged disc. I am sitting here, with good posture:), a year later psyched about not having to deal with the back pain. I highly recommend Irene!
Irene showed me how to use the McKenzie Method stretches to fix my back. After just an hour with her, most of my lower body pain had been resolved. Highly recommend if you have any sort of back problem.
