Awaken Studio is a place where everyone is welcome and celebrated. It has a very energy filled atmosphere.
My kids attended a birthday party here and they had a lot of fun! What a fun way to do a birthday by having a good exercise with an instructor, especially during the winter. I can't comment on anything else, but the studio was clean and we'll taken care of. If I lived closer I would consider classes.
Beautiful facility, peaceful, calm and serene.
When I first moved to northern Utah I attended a couple different gyms. After finally finding Awaken, I told my husband that attending classes at awaken was like staying at a Marriott after staying in some scary hostels. I can truly relax and restore, I love the childcare, and feel like I can be a better mother to my children after recharging at yoga. I have now been going to awaken for three years and I can honestly say that my awaken membership has replaced the chiropractor, the therapist, and getting messages. The teachers are the best around, and the locker rooms are wonderful. Thanks Awaken for changing lives, especially those in my family:)
I love awaken studio. The instructors are the best around. They are so knowledgable and great. If you haven’t tried awaken you should. It’s the best place!!
