After an extensive search, found the F150 truck with specific trim level and features we were looking for online, at Liberty Ford. Salesman, Dave, was great. Took truck for drive, negotiated trade and completed purchase in just a couple hours. Very happy with this new ride!

Absolutely had a great experience. Very friendly. We did not feel pressured. Extremely professional! We're able test drive as much as we were comfortable with. They really went to bat for us with the financing. We we're able get the vehicle we feel in love with at the price we fell in love with. Bill Lee and his team really took the stress out of car shopping and turned it into an enjoyable experience. As life long Chevy consumers we were very impressed and will be life long Liberty Ford patrons.

Great place and very friendly staff. I personally had to deal with Justin, and let me tell you, he is extra focused on delivering the best customer service. He helped me with the vehicle purchase by completing an extra detailing of the vehicle, had it all ready for test drive, helped negotiating the best rate with the financing office as well as the best out the door price. He is very honest and trustworthy, doesn’t like to waste valuable time of his clients and makes you feel comfortable buying the car. My wife and I had the best car buying experience with this dealership.

Absolutely the worst service experience ever. Brought my truck in for a service estimate. Was told it would take a couple of hours. Called and talked to Chad at the three hour mark and was informed that I would be called back shortly. Called again at the 5 hour mark and spoke with Erich, the rudest, most unprofessional service agent who offered me nothing but attitude. I went a got my truck(still no clue as to what is wrong) and will NEVER return...and I will tell more than 10 friends about it. Called the GM and have no expectations of a return call. Side note: I've gotten my oil changed here since I can remember. This never happened when it was Downtown Ford.
