Love my new Mazda CX5. This is my 3rd Mazda from Bob Novak. You couldn't ask for a better sales associate. He is very thorough, and is willing to take as much time as you need to get all of your questions answered. Extremely helpful and honest!

Not a very enjoyable experience. I drove fairly far to purchase a preowned Mazda and they lowballed me on the trade in and didn’t want to budge. Their excuse was the key fob doesn’t work. That’s like $8 max for a new battery. Like seriously? It was in good condition and very low miles for the year. The sales guy’s name is Rod. I wouldn’t recommend to work with him. Apart from that they gave me a pretty bad interest rate for someone with a credit score in the mid 700’s. They were making me sign paper work before I even knew what my payments would be. I just didn’t leave with a very good feeling

Steve Kappel handled my purchase of a Mazda 3 hatchback and he was so easy to work with. Absolutely no heavy pressure, answered all of my questions and concerns, I could communicate w him through text and he was always available, listened to my requests in the car, and paired me w my new car, which I love!! This is my fourth Mazda, a great car. Thank you, Steve, for making this a great experience. Also, thanks to Tim, the financial manager. Guides you through the paperwork, easily.
