I went to Kempthorns interested in one car and left with my favorite car! Ruth was amazing! I appreciated how she listened through conversation and picked up on my likes and dislikes rather than going down a checklist. You can see the team work in action as others were quick to help answer questions and facilitate a smooth transition from my old car to the new car. This was definitely an exciting experience and I couldn’t be happier with the ease and anxiety free dealing.

I was looking for a new lease and had the absolute pleasure of working with Ruth Franz! She was amazing from start to finish. I had been to another dealership prior to coming to her and I was very overwhelmed and didn’t feel like anyone was listening to what I wanted. She took the time to find exactly what I was looking for, test drove it with me while explaining all of the vehicle’s features and was very knowledgeable! She made this experience amazing and I won’t ever buy a car from anyone else!! Thank you so much, Ruth! I am in love with my new Volkswagen Atlas!

I went car shopping all day and test drove lots of cars. My last stop was Kempthorn Volkswagen. Jessica the sales lady was so nice. NOT annoying or pushy like the past salesman we dealt with at other dealerships. She was informative and got the sale done. I can't say enough how smooth and easy the sale was...she gets 5 stars!! The detail crew gets 3 stars, (could of been a little better) overall I love my SUV. I recommend!!

I shopped for over a month, should have went here first ! Best price, best service! Everyone was so friendly and efficient. Loved the personalized thank you card and chocolates! I’ll be returning and making recommendations for friends and family.

MY WIFE AND I WERE DOWNSIZING TO ONE CAR. RUTH AND IAN FRANZ ENGINEERED A PATH TO EARLY TERMINATE TWO LEASES AND GET ME INTO A NEW 2021 TIGUAN RELATIVELY PAINLESSLY. IT WAS NOTHING SHORT OF A MIRACLE. RUTH AND IAN FRANZ ARE ARE OUTSTANDING!
