Terrible service I would not recommend. I have brought It back 3 times.

Pretty much saved me and almost made me cry. I love these guys.nnSo my car has been overheating lately, I changed thermostat and got it scanned and was told it needed egr valve. I was buying parts and taking them to mechanics. One mechanic told me I need a new radiator. I didn’t want to spend even more money so I figured I could take care of it myself. I actually got the radiator in and the last thing I needed to do was get the transmission line hooked up into it. Something was wrong and it wasn’t screwing in all the way. Several shops told me they wouldn’t mess with it because the job was already underway even though I had a good mechanic help me out. Earls said yes. I am about to start a new job too so I needed it done fast, Earls calls me back and says “yup something is wrong with the radiator you’re going to need a new one, I can try and get auto one to warranty yours out if you’ll have us do it “ . Just him going out of the way to attempt this meant so much. I have the go ahead. He calls me backs couple minutes later: “ I got them to get a new radiator but here’s the thing it won’t be in until later today”. I was expecting days, this is great so I ask “ I don’t want to rush you guys but I start a new job and I really need this done quick, if you can’t it’s fine I’m just really desperate “ . They say they will get it done by the next morning which blew my mind. They didn’t get it done the next morning, they got it done the same day and I got to pick my car up and the problem was fixed. I have had a horrible string of luck before this, and just how fast and nice and caring they were to me, man, it was hard not to tear up, and the price was so much lower than expected. They are good people, they treat and talk to you like a friend, and they helped me so much I don’t think I could repay them with just money, so hopefully this review brings them some business because they deserve it.

I have dealt with the a few times. Always been a good experience. Tom and the guys there are too notch.

Great, friendly service! Had a minor issue and they were able to get it fixed within a couple of days! Honest and fair pricing as well.

Tom and the staff of the shop got us a new transmission and installed it over July 4th. Their friendly service and commitment to the customer saved our vacation. Thank you so much!
