Great customer service.nI blew a tire on the OH turnpike, and Madison Motor came and tried to get our spare down, but it was stuck; they towed us to their shop (at 9:00 pm), cut our spare down, and put it on. They were pretty efficient about it. After we left, about forty five minutes later, there was a grinding, almost like the tire was flat, but when we checked it, it seemed fine. We still have another hour and fifteen min. to go on our drive (and it was too late to purchase a tire at that hour), so we were forced to get a hotel. The next morning we had it looked at (by a new service) and the nuts had not been tightened enough (by Madison Motors). We tightened them, went and got a new tire, and made it back. After the fact, I called and spoke with Steve (who I believe is the manager or owner), and explained that because they weren't tightened sufficiently we had to spend money on a hotel. He was extremely kind, professional and efficient. He had me send in our hotel invoice, checked our info, and said they would mail me a check to reimburse me for the hotel, which he did in a very timely manner. I was very impressed by his business. The only reason I did not give them four stars is because we shouldn't have had to deal with the hotel issue in the first place, but it was handled very well and professionally. I would patronize them again.

Amazing company! My brother in law was broken down on the Turnpike and Madison Motor Service was so quick to help! They got there in a timely manner and fixed the issue with his truck. Was extremely informative on letting us know the issue with the truck and sent photo updates. Would most definitely recommend!

Talk about a blessing. When my car ran out of gas on the way to the station, Brad and the tow driver, Jen, saved my life. Jen passed me on the highway and looped back around to help is out. She came with gas and a heart of gold.When we asked Brad how much we owed, jJen and Brad refused payment. This act of kindness brought me to tears. As a nurse working on the front lines, I noticed their acts of care. I'd highly recommend their services for all your vehicles needs. Thank you and God bless you!

Absolutely pathetic they have a responsibility to the accidents that they respond to I would agree getting the vehicle moved to a safe area should be a priority but so should cleaning up the accident victims personal items which they thoroughly neglected when I called and talked to them they said they did not steal anything I never accused them of stealing anything I told them that they never responsibly cleaned up the accident scene and left thousands of dollars worth of my stuff at the scene. Unless it was actually stolen by an employee very rude you will see when you deal with him yourself what I'm talking about very rude people very irresponsible shrugging their duties because they wanted to go home also ripped me off for gate fee when I was told $35 repeatedly when I got there I was charged $75I hope you never have to deal with these people you will regret it

Had a long drive from NY to MI, and broke down on the side of I-80. Madison Motors was dispatched and was originally quoted 30 minutes. They were on scene in less than 10 minutes. The service woman was super professional, got the job done quick and had me on my way in less than 5 minutes. Usually tow companies rip you off for a roadside repair or recovery, but the prices were beyond amazing and they even took credit card! Obviously wouldn't recommend breaking down on the road, but if you do in this area definitely call these guys.
