They tout a great customer service experience but don't live up to their own claims. Don't get swindled by their service department and overpaid under-trained technicians. If they treated loyal customers better then I wouldn't have to warn other of these deceitful practices.

I rated this dealer a 5 star for a couple of reasons. #1. I only spent a total of 2 hours at the dealer which included us test driving the vehicle, and signing the loan documents. #2. We received exceptional customer service from Marty, Pat, and Andy! Thank you Marty for working your magic to help get my son approved for his 2016 Camaro he wanted. The car is absolutely beautiful! Thank you Andy for assisting us while Pat was off to make sure we had all of our documents needed for the loan process. Thank you Pat for getting us in and out of the dealership in 2 hours. This was very important since I lived 3 hours away. Thanks again for all that you did to make our experience awasome.

The salesman Jeff Rood was courteous to us and knowledgeable about the Equinox he was selling us. This is the third vehicle (one used two new) that we purchased from Jeff. We always feel confident after the sale that we made the right decision when we are told that if something is not how it should be they are there to help.

Had a perfectly uneventful oil change just the way it should be, the service manager had everything ready for me and away I went!
