Waited an hour and 15 minutes for something that I was told would be 30-35 minutes. While I was waiting the phone was left ringing continuously, I heard the people in the back discussing that my food hadn’t even been started yet and other issues. I was told 15 more minutes when I got there after 40 minutes in the first place. Then proceeded to wait another 20 beyond that. Don’t bother with this location.
I was very disappointed when I had their wings a few months ago. They were very small and dry. I sent the manager a picture of them. I didn't request my money back I just told them I didn't plan on trying it again. Well I gave them another chance and they improved on their wing size and they didn't burn them this time. I will most likely get them again. And hopefully the quality stays better than my previous bad experience
If I could give negative I would! Taco pizza was not made to order and it was horrible! One bite and was spit out by everyone's who tried it. Manager said he would give a refund and a replacement pizza. I refused the replacement as O have no desire to have that nasty food again.nWhen I went for my refund it was refused. The manager no longer worked there. My info was taken for the owner to contact me, I even called corporate office and they sent info to the owner. Weeks later still no response.nEmployees are rude, incompetent, owner obviously doesn't care about the customers! Will NOT recommended this to anyone!nHorrible horrible experience!
Took and hour to get here. When it got here it was the wrong pizza. We called, they were very rude but said they would send another one but it would be 45 to 50 mins. Only for it to never show up. Don't waste your money or your time, its not worth it.
Love there food service has has been great especially the girl that delivers to me at east view apartments thanks guys good job and my delivery girl
