Where's the Chicken?,nI recommended to my parents and son a Chicken Florentine Specialty pizza. What I was expecting was a raving review, what I received was the pizza was basically void of toppings, 2 slices of tomato, few chunks of chicken . Overall the pizza was mostly dough. I described what my local Marcos Pizza in Willoughby, Ohio brings to me, as I had just had 1 the other day. You would have thought I had ate a totally different pie. Not sure what happened in Mansfield last night 12/11/2020 but it wasn't a good night for a Specialty pizza. Better get it together Marcos, bad pizza will ruin a great franchise.
I grew up in NJ where good pizza is the norm. Marcos gets a 5 star from me. This is my go-to. The sauce is on the sweeter side and not too robust. The prices are reasonable. The toppings aren't skimped. My favorite combo to replicate Tristate pizza is light sauce, extra cheese, and well done. SO good.
This place USED to be good, but now unfortunately they care more about themselves than their customers.
Wasn’t impressed at all. Pizza was not done, grease everywhere. The sub we ordered was hard as a rock.
The pizza and customer service has always be great.
