I've never felt completely comfortable at a gym. I've always been intimidated by the equipment and my lack of knowledge on how to use them. I knew I was hooked after my first workout at F45. Everything is explained, the trainers make sure you are doing the workouts correctly, the other members help motivate and encourage you to keep going and give it your all. I look forward to going everyday and seeing my gym family! I truly feel at home there.

I am so happy that I found F45 Fort Union. I have been a member now of this location for just over six months and I can’t say enough good things about it. It is so clean, social distancing is practiced, and I always feel safe working out. The workouts are always challenging, the trainers are awesome, and best of all—no drama! I love my F45 family. I hate when I have to miss.

Since I was traveling from out town. I needed a place to get my F45 workout in. Reached out to Katie and I appreciated the quick response and good communication. Booked a spot and was ready to go. Place has amazing space and very clean. Trainer got the jams going, challenged us and we put in the work. Very welcoming and it’s always good to know my F45 Family has my back when i needed to get a workout in. Will definitely be back. 👊🏽💪🏽

They never answer the phone. Ever. & they don’t cancel your membership even after you told them & sent in proof of your move TO ANOTHER STATE. Worst customer service. Really good at taking your money :)

We enjoyed dropping in to workout with the Ft Union F45 Community. Loved the welcoming environment and motivation from the UT F45ers! The studio was clean, organized, and plenty of room to maintain your social distance and still feel the positive vibe from fellow F45 team members. The coaches were friendly and helpful! If your new to F45 in UT - this is the place to set some new goals and make some new friends!! Looking forward to coming back for a visit!
