Had a new muffler and tail pipe put on a 2500hd, and in less then 1 1/2 years the welds inside the muffler broke and baffles started rattling real bad and loud. When I called the company they told me that they warranted all mufflers for 3 years as long as there was a receipt. I told them that I didn't have the receipt, as carbon copies fade in a short period of time. After spending over $300.00 for a muffler and tail pipe, I told him that if they keep records they should be able to look it up. I was basically told it isn't thier problem. Will be calling the BBC after this. Looks like they have lost a loyal customer after 20 years of doing business with them and a lot of vehicles.

I got an estimate from a repair shop because vehicle was running very loud. Wow! Was it going to be expensive! Someone told me Custom Exhaust could probably do it cheaper so I went there. My car runs super quiet now and it only cost me 1/3 of my original estimate. Dropped it off and an hour and a half later they called to tell me it was done. I am very impressed! INEXPENSIVE & FAST! Great job! Thank you!
