I have used them before. Very professional. I did have some scheduling problems and parts were not delivered to them on time, (not their fault). They worked through all that with us and did a great job of repairing our deer damaged new car. I would recommend them to anyone.
The office staff was quick, efficient and extremely professional. They were able to estimate, take my car in the same day and reserve my rental car so I wouldn’t have to deal with anymore added stress. Someone called midway through repairs to keep me updated and put me at ease and I was able to have my car back within a week.nWhen I picked my car up I was blown away. Someone walked me outside to make sure I was ok with the repairs (typically shops just send you on your way and let you look the car over yourself). I noticed the quality and attention to detail that went into this collision repair was amazing. Not only did they fix the dents and scratches from the deer, they cleaned the inside and made my car shiny on the outsidenI’ve never had such an effortless experience with any other car shop and it’s obvious they care greatly about their customers and the quality of their work.
We were able to get our car in for repairs soon after receiving the estimate. The work was completed in a couple of days. The car looks great, the paint matches perfectly. We're very happy with the service and staff at Pro Auto Body.
Great friendly people and quick excellent service. Once I got past dealing with the insurance company, Pro Auto Body handled the damage super fast and I'm 100% satisfied.
Paid 600 and something for the back seat roof getting wet.. said they found the problem but it didnt fix it went back again to pay another 280 for the same problem sun roof all along...got car back and it was very dirty ...the outside is understandable...but the inside not so much
