We waited two weeks to take our Nissan 360 into A plus. Then we took it in last Sunday and left it% it hasn’t moved from the parking lot. I called twice and they assured me it would get taken in Yesterday. Today they promised it would get taken in and someone would call us with the diagnosis. Now it is 5:00 and still no one has called. I assume will be Monday before they open again. This is getting very irritating, and so awful to be promised attention over and over. My grandson needs to drive this car. We could have taken it elsewhere, but we trusted their word. What to do!

Mind you that this business is backed up because of 2 other transmission shops closing in Mansfield so he is backed up but worth the wait.If you have the newer Ram 8 speed that is suppose to be a closed unit but want it serviced bring it to this guy cause he knows his stuff .I watched you tube on it asked questions and he knew everything.Will be back if needed .

Had an appointment set and dropped it off a few days before my appointment and after they have had it 2 weeks I called to check on the status and they hadn't even looked at it yet. A week and a half later they called to inform us that our vehicle was done costing us 190 dollars but during the test drive the brake line busted and they dont work on brakes. My husband and I went to pick the car up and the sign on the doors says out to lunch back at 1:15..we arrived at 110..close to 2pm someone finally took the sign out of the window and my husband goes in to pay the bill. My husband gets in the vehicle and not only do we have no brakes but the electric window on the drivers side is busted..I will never reccomend this place to anyone. We take our vehicle to get fixed and now have 2 more repairs that need done.
