Got approved that’s nice, but there customer service is terrible some of the women they have working in their Mansfield office are absolutely rude and inconsiderate. My check was late because of Columbus Day, told me to borrow money from someone and figure it out. On top of that the car I bought now needs more work than I thought it would with a check engine light on. I understand that things could happen with as is vehicles, but my whole experience in the week that I’ve had this car has been extremely stressful, highly unsatisfied with no solution. I do not recommend.
Great people very helpful and they helped when no one else could thanks.
They broke into my pole barn looking for someone else car. Who don't even live with me. They broke the pole barn door, and I don't think my landlord was very happy about that! They should call me and fix it. Free of charge..
This place is wonderful. They are so kind and understanding, and we got approved within 20 minutes. We got a nice, reliable car. Definitely recommend!
