I just love it so much that I want it right now
Impossible to get ahold of. Called 8 times today and was waiting for someone to answer the phone for over an hour.. nobody ever answered. Had to call 15 times to get my appointment last time
Worst experience I've had at any repair shop. I cannot take off work so my pregnant wife went to get two back tires replaced and the old two in the front rotated. When the car was finally looked at, the tech recommend we replace the back two and front passenger side. We only got two done but as I return from work I find that one of the two tires we wanted left on is now gone! So instead of I have three brands of tire on my car now. Will NEVER EVER go back.
From when I walked in the door everyone was very friendly and polite. There were a couple people in line so someone from the back came to assist. Very knowledgeable! I didn't wait very long at all went and did shopping then came back and about 10 minutes later they were ready. They apologized for the wait however I didn't have any complaints whatsoever! I would definitely go there again and recommend them!
3 hours and waiting for oil change. 4 cars were supposed to be ahead of me.
