They were great help in my need, had a flat tire and to my surprise the rest of my tires were in dire need. They gave me a fair price, and found out my ball joints were bad and that is why my tires wore out. Again a fair price, i did call other place's while I was there. Ntb was the best price. Thanks again Dennis and staff you were great.
Dennis helped us out tremendously! When you come here ask for him. He’s honest and doesn’t try to rip you off. After we found out it was going to take a while he offered us a ride to the store. Great customer service he needs a raise!
If I could do zero i would. Destroyed my brand new set of wheels. Installer told manager he couldn't do them with it messing then up. Manager made him anyway. Scratched and gouged then with their machines. I left them there the manager told me the next business day he would take care of it so I picked up the wheels. Checked back only to be told that manager is gone and there's nothing that can be done for me. $1200 rims junk now. Thanks guys.
As a women you wouldn't expect to be treated the same, Dennis and his staff were very kind, and showed me the problems with my car. I couldn't get everything fixed, but will be back. They were very kind and the guys that worked on my car.
