Edit: when I purchased the vehicle I was promised two keys. They said that the second key was definitely at the dealership but currently they couldn't find it once they found it they would send it to me and if they couldn't find it they would have another key from a dealership made and sent to me. So two weeks later of everybody at this place dodging my calls especially Robert Wells I was told sorry about your luck we can't send you a second key. I just gave you guys $30,000 and you can't give me a second key. 0/5 Stars if I could would not recommend. Very sad that something as small as this ended up the way it did.nnGreat experience! I'm out of state so dealing with with Robert and Rachelle over the phone and the customer service they provided was phenomenal! Robert had a car at the airport to pick me up on the spot and bring me to the dealership. Everyone was very friendly and more than accommodating. I spoke with almost everyone at this branch and the corporate office... Thank you Robert, Rachelle, Tamara, Lindsey, Jared, and Ahmed.

This was a great experience! From the time I walked in the door until the moment I received my new vehicle. My salesperson was Zach S, who was amazing. He was very pleasant, informative and willing to make sure I received the best service. Then there was Jared who worked numbers and made sure I was in my price range I needed. Jared was very nice too! Chris was nice who told me lots of information and surely a pleasure to meet. My experience was THE BEST and I LOVE MY NEW SUV!

Great experience. Sellers are not very pushy and was a good environment. Offered a great deal. Zach N was the seller and was excellent. Place to go for a great deal. Only complaint is that they did not clean the car to the level it should be when buying a car. The car was on the lot for 2 months and think about all the test drives it went through. The car needed to be cleaned deeply but when getting off the lot I saw it wasn't even vacuumed, popcorn under my seat, still dirt under my steering wheel and on the back of my seat. Not a huge deal and cleaned it myself, just something that bothered me when you are paying so much money for something.

I would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone i know. I would like to thank ZACH S. for the dedication to making sure i was happy with my purchase. Not only was he very knowledgeable of the products but the time and attention to detail that he put forth to make sure i was getting what i wanted instead of what was easy, is what made this experience one to remember.
