I had a positive experience with my purchase. My salesperson was quite pleasant and helpful. Since I have no other experience with the current ownership, it's difficult to say if I would recommend the dealership. And I have not had any experience with the service department.nnToday is December 3rd and I am reviewing service. Oil change and tire rotation at 5500 miles: timely and pleasant enough. Multiple employees were mask less, while many others had masks below their noses. Two customers were waiting without and mask. I reported this to the service tech when I checked out. He did not acknowledge me at all. These behaviors created a very unsafe and anxiety producing environment. At present, I have no plans to return to this dealership for any reason.
Just purchased a 2020 Armada and loved our experience. We came from over an hour away and called ahead and the vehicle was sitting out front for our test drive, awesome. Nick was a ton of fun to work with, did not feel like the typical car buying experience. Super fast service from start to finish and totally loving my new vehicle. If you're shopping for a Nissan I would highly recommend this dealership and Nick.
Excellent customer service from the time I walked in the door. He was attentive and not pushy at all, listened to what I wanted and delivered. We laughed and talked like we already known each other, but he also took care of business. Great experience! Ask for Ryan, he won't disappoint!
For once, car shopping was a pleasant and relaxing experience! I came in to service my car and ended up trading it in and getting another one. It was the right decision for me and with the help of Allen Mitchell All went smoothly. I had a very small bicycle in my trunk that needed air in the tires.I explained that to Allen as we were transferring personal items and without hesitation he took it into the service department and filled the air in the tires :-) that was above and beyond and appreciated. Last week we set an appointment to drive 2 hrs with a 36 week pregnant wife for a used vehicle that had everything we wanted. I set an appointment to drive and see the vehicle and when I arrived I asked to speak with the person they recommended. I was then advised that the individual was off of work today. I then asked if the guy I talked to on the phone was here and they advised that he does not work at this branch. I was then referred to a different salesman. Then I was advised that they do not have that vehicle. I asked if the vehicle was sold and they advised me that it was not and that it was not at this dealership. I asked them when they would be receiving it and they were unsure. They then received the vehicle and were unwilling to work with us on price or convenience. A week later they advised they would take around $250 off the price but charge me to deliver it which would of been around the $250 saving no money. We did not purchase this vehicle due to the company being ran poorly setting up an appointment for a vehicle which they did not even have with a person who was not even working that day. I would not recommend anyone dealing with this dealership due to them not willing to work with you for the mistake they made. The individuals I dealt with were not mean or rude but very unorganized.
