Jacob Mitchell was AMAZING! He was such a friendly person and was very helpful. The whole team at Kia of Streetsboro was so pleasant to deal with! Been looking for a Kia Soul at a good price with decent mileage for awhile now. Found one I was interested in at this location, when we got here Ryan came out to meet us and was very friendly and easy to talk to. They were able to set me up with a Kia Soul that exceeded my expectations of what I was going to end up leaving with. I couldn’t be happier, but excited to drive the new car around! Jacob Mitchell was fantastic through the purchase. He made sure I had all my questions answered and the info I wanted about the car I was looking to purchase. He did his best to engage those who were needed in order to do so. I would definitely work with him again in the future. Thank you for all your time. Additionally, thank you to service manager Mike Delisi, he was great too. He answered all my questions and concerns about the car and made sure I had the opportunity to look and see everything about the car I wanted. Jason was my sales person and he was wonderful! The whole experience was exceptional! I had little faith that I would get approved due to the short time on my job but Jason and the managerial team made it happen. He kept an positive, upbeat attitude that kept me optimistic during the process. Now I am happy with my new car and even referred a friend to see him. Thanks Jason, you are the best!

This was my first enjoyable car shopping experience and I have to say thank you so much to Sonya! First and only car lot I went to. Sonya was very patient and professional. I told her what I wanted and was given multiple options to test drive. I found an amazing car in my price range and I couldn't be happier! If you need a car definitely go see her! Very friendly and helpful staff
