Just bought a Santa Fe from Jacob L. at Great Lakes Hyundai. He was a great salesman and made the experience extremely easy and enjoyable. My wife and I had a great time at the dealership and Jacob was a large part as to why. He made us feel at ease and in no way pressured during the entirety of the process, which was really refreshing! Very happy with my purchase and how friendly Jacob and the rest of the Great Lakes Hyundai staff were that we dealt with. This was the second car we have bought at Great Lakes and each time was a great experience! Will definitely be future customers!

I had a good experience buying a car at Great Lakes Hyundai. I purchased a Toyota Sienna. I asked to drive the van before it had fully gone through their inspection process. However, it had low mileage, had not been in an accident, and was offered at a reasonable price so I wanted to move forward. However, the van had a crack in the windshield and the front bumper was torn a little. I told them I would purchase the car if they'd fix those things. They did and also changed the oil and presented the car to me looking brand new. I was very happy with my experience.nnWe were purchasing the van in cash and were offered the extra warranty. I was also happy that they didn't try to pressure me into purchasing the extended warranty.

I recently leased a car from Kris. He is by far the best salesperson I have ever encountered. He was not only very intuitive but also had a great feel for my needs. He was anything but a typical salesperson. If you are in need of a vehicle I highly recommend going straight to Kris as he works wonderfully with a customer to get them where they need to/ want to be.

I recently purchased a used car from Great Lakes Hyundai a little over 2 weeks ago. I worked with Josh Miller and he was great. He was very helpful, respectful, kind, and really sold me on the vehicle. I am happy with my purchase and my car is great, I love it. The staff at Great Lakes is also really nice as well.

Great service department. Chose them over 2 other Hyundai dealerships I had dealt with previously that had very poor service, so I was willing to drive farther to try Great Lakes. They did great, were professional and quick, washed my car on both occasions, and fulfilled my expectations. They replaced a coil under warranty, did a checkup, and also informed me of and petformed a recall. They were awesome!
