VERY rude over the phone. I made clear that I would like to take measurements because I'm ordering a dress online, and I know it's a risk so I'd like to pay for the services of measurement AND THEN be able to do the adjustments that the dress might almost definitely need. Pretty much offered them a lot of business. Apparently they don't understand that most customers are looking for HELP not for someone to blame!. Very rude lady just told me they won't do it (more than 5 times she said NO) and then hung up on me. I was excited to go here and get my wedding lace dress fitted because some people say you they are good at that....nSad but thankful that I don't have to deal with this rude people. NEXT
I used them for hemming my mother-of-the -groom dress and couldn't have been happier. They were wonderful, professional and the dress was altered perfectly. I'm now making another appointment to have them alter another long gown for an upcoming wedding
I hardly ever write reviews for stores, but I couldn't resist sharing some feedback! I had just a great experience picking out a mother-of-the-bride dress last weekend. The staff was incredibly helpful, and I highly recommend visiting if you are looking for ANY type of beautiful dress. The dresses are numerous and there is a great variety, but the visit was absolutely MADE by the staff there. It was relaxing and a lot of fun. Highly recommend this shop!
This shop specializes in lace gowns. The shop owner is very polite and is not overly pushy with her sales techniques
I purchase my wedding dress at the Brides Choice. I had a great experience from picking the dress to alteration. I will definitely recommend this place to any future brides.
