Have had to use these guys twice now for trailer breakdowns, and they are great. Do great work and will be using them again.
You NEVER PASS Inspection at this place!!nnI fail my inspection just because my front rotors in a little rust, I told Him that my car wasn’t move for last 5 month!!!nHe said : No worries, I have time to fix it for You !!! I SAID I NEVER COME BACK TO YOUR PLACE!nI went to another inspection station, explained the situation and they told me that BRAKE SERVICE it means SAFETY, not visual look of your breaks! They checked my brakes and emergency brakes and I PASS with no problem!!!!nI have 2 reports attachednManager is very RUDE !

I had called about having a vehicle inspection/verification done because my new insurance policy required it. It was the only location CarCo gave me. I am new to Massachusetts. When I tried to explain to Richie and ask what I needed his tone of voice was very rude and unpleasant when I was just trying to get information about having the inspection or verification done. I have never been spoken to so rudely by a mechanic as I was him. I would never do business with them!
