Papa John's watch out. First time ordering from Marco's. Clean store, friendly staff, and the pizza similar to Papa John's, but less expensive. Crust not burnt it was just right. pepperoni covers the pizza, cheese just right. Dough didn't taste old. Light and fluffy.

Zero consistency. This place is like pizza roulette. One time it will have too much cheese and no sauce another time it could be too much sauce and not enough cheese. Not sure what happened but this place has gone downhill recently but it seems like no one cares. Last pizza had onions that were barely cut and smelled bad. Most of it got thrown in the trash. Done ordering from this place. Management really needs to be aware what's going on otherwise they will be losing more customers. Unless they are the problem. If I'm going to gamble then I'll play the lottery. The chances of winning is better then getting a good pizza from this place.

We used to order from this place pretty regularly, but over the last 6 months the quality has definitely declined. The last 3 orders we've made have gotten progressively worse, finishing up with a last ditch attempt tonight. I wouldn't be surprised if the pizza I ordered tonight were capable of food poisoning. It has a solid half inch of cheese in the middle and the onions smell rotten. I'm sad to say, it's time to find a new favorite pizza place.

I called tonight to place an order and the guy that took my order told me that I had to order 10 dollars worth of food and I told him I wasn't going to order any thing and he just hung up the phone on me just flat out rude. Other then that I never had a problem with this place.

The food was good as usual. I ordered online and selected the 25% Tip option. My order total was $20.43 before the $5.25 tip I added at checkout. Driver shows up with my, tells me my total (including the tip i pre-selected) of $25.68. I hand him $26 and said to just keep it. That would bring his grand total tip up to $5.57. The driver proceeds to very politely, in that sarcastic kind of way, insist on giving me my $0.32 change even though I tried to refuse more than once to accept it as if to say that I was some cheap guy who doesn't tip. When I asked him why he was so insistent on giving that to me, he didn't even respond to my question and just put the change on top of my box and in that overly polite sarcastic tone told me to have a good night. A simple misunderstanding. The driver clearly did not realize that his tip was included in the total. There was no need for the passive-aggressive behavior. Chin up, dude. I hope your day gets better.
