Thanks I know am lower in license for my nine days to be completed every three days a week I need to complete that chart two and two legs upper body and friends think They need a massage to fit in but it's a security friend that I learned from opposite of spirit need a good secret workout thanks again
Been at this gym for over 6yrs now. I moved out of Brunswick but drive 20+ mins to get here most mornings. Hands down the best gym. Staff is friendly and place is well maintained and clean.
I moved to Brunswick a year ago and was looking for a new gym and to get as far away as I can from planet fitness. I’ve tried other gyms in that year but they didn’t have a good vibe or the workers there were very rude.nI signed up for this gym during quarantine hoping I would like it. I’ve been here since Ohio opened back up and I can’t see myself switching gyms. The place is super clean, staff is amazing and very helpful and the equipment is exactly what I was looking for. I can honestly say I don’t see anything wrong with this gym!
There is a lot of equipment but gym is dirty and smelly. It’s always packed and is your typical meat head gym.
Some of the equipment is dated and worn, overall a good place to get a workout done
