If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. At the end of November 2020 I bought a Volkswagen Jetta 2011. They held it for me to come and pick it up after I made a down payment. The day I came to get the car it had a hard time starting but they insisted it was because it had sat and not been started. Beyond that it drove fine from then. Clearly I was naïve I bought the car on a Friday. Saturday we went for a drive and had issues with acceleration. And the engine light came on. I had to take it to Volkswagen to have a new MAP sensor put on. I then had more issues with the power train, vacuum pump was leaking, the springs in the back of the car were broken. Needs over 2k in work. And the car was sold as is. I truly feel the dealership tried to down play any questions related to the car. Would not shop here again. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Highly recommend buying your next used car at heartland Auto Sales!! Nicki was a pleasure to deal with and allowed us to take our time looking over the vehicle without feeling pressured. She was incredibly friendly and very upfront and honest. All the vehicles on the lot were fairly priced and they were in amazing condition. Well worth what they are asking and included Carfax reports. We are extremely satisfied with our purchase and will be recommending Heartland Auto Sales to all our friends and family.

I was looking at a used car from Heartland Auto Sales online, but didn't email them about it until I'd read some reviews/did some research on this business, as I needed a reliable used car from a trustworthy business. The good reviews prompted me to send them an email, to which I received a prompt reply. I made an appointment (which their website clearly states you must do to see/test drive a car) the following day. Nicki said she would meet me there, but on my drive in from the Columbus suburbs, I had to call & tell her I would be a little late. She was completely friendly & cool about it. When my daughter & I arrived, she greeted us & handed us the keys to the car to test drive. She patiently gave us directions, since we weren't familiar with the area. We ended up deciding not to get the car, but we test drove another car (at the last second!) that my daughter really liked it. Nicki gave us plenty of time to think it over & never pressured us or made us feel like we were wasting her time, which was greatly appreciated! We ultimately decided to buy it. The paperwork was efficiently filled out, explained & we were given the option to have a 90 warranty for the car, which we took advantage of for some peace of mind. We took the car in for an inspection yesterday, & the car was found to be in great shape! I couldn't be happier with our whole experience at Heartland Auto Sales from start to finish! I know where the 1st place I'll look for my next car: Heartland Auto Sales!
