I have met Gino from Prepped Wellness in February 2018. On that day we discussed a new dietary plan which I started immediately the following week. I have been a customer ever since meeting all of my weight loss goals and improving my quality of life. What I most enjoy about the plan is the selection of meals to pick from each week and how tremendous each one is. Each meal has generous proportions and are individually packaged for convenience. I would like to thank Gino and his staff for the professionalism and dependability.

This is the meal prep to end all meal preps. But Jerry how can you say that? Well imagine if your grandmother woke up one day and started a meal prep company where everything she makes comes right our of flavor town. That's Prepped Wellness. This is my 3rd try at a meal prep company and have been going to them for over 3 years now. 10/10 would recommend!

I am so busy that I hardly have time to cook. It’s nice to have home cooked delish meals delivered to my door. Not to mention, the recipes are like a trip around the world. A Thai dish one day and an African dish the next week. This isn’t the first meal prep service I’ve used but it’s by far the best ud83dudc4cud83cudffdud83dude4cud83cudffdud83dude01

Came across this business through my gym. Great decision letting them take care of my meals. I travel for work a ton, so this service makes sure I’m hitting my macros even while in the roadnnAlsonnTHE FOOD IS DELICIOUS.nnThere are a lot of prep services out there. What separates the good from the great is the taste. And I absolutely recommend this service because it tastes amazing and fits your budget, whether you’re a competitor like myself, or just someone who wants to eat great food.

I've been using prepped wellness for a little over a year now and it's been absolutely amazing. I used to weigh 320lbs and simply just ordering prepped wellness, in a little over a year, I'm down to 210lbs. Prepped wellness made it so easy! The food is amazing, portions make sense and the ease of just heating it up. With the pandameic, this service even became better. The delievry person always alerts me when it's at my front door and I get all my food nicely laid out into a weekly meal plan. HIGHLY recommended.. Did I mention this is affordable? The price per meal is cheaper than fast food. HIGHLY recommend!
