After my experience today I will NEVER order pizza from this location again. Waited 30 minutes for my pizza to arrive only to find out that driver had taken a personal call and my pizza sat there getting cold instead of being delivered. Driver said she would have them remake the pizzas. Waited 30 minutes more and called store only to have the rude manager who sounded high or drunk tell me that there was nothing wrong with pizzas that were delivered initially. Sorry I don’t want old cold pizzas when spending almost $50 on pizza. Terrible service. Very very disappointed.

Been ordering from this location since my late teen years, never had an issue. I always tip no matter what. However ordered this afternoon for my children and I, got almost done with a slice and there was a brownish blonde hair baked into the cheese and coming out between the pepperoni and banana pepper. I was so grossed out. Called the store but the guy I spoke with seemed on the defensive immediately telling me there’s no one here with long hair. I said it was a big piece of hair to describe it because it was pretty sizable in comparison to say an eyelash. Anyway he did offer to make me another one but my appetite was naturally gone at this point. I was given an apology, but thinking about it now I should have requested a refund because I’m scared to eat any more of my order. I’ll be throwing it all out. Just wasted $40. I won’t be ordering from there anymore.

Ordered from the Glendale location and was told my order would be ready in 40 minutes. An hour later I call asking where my order was and I was told that my order has already been delivered. Obviously it wasn’t and the manger sounded as if she had no clue what she was doing. Long story short they refunded my money but no one could get in contact with this driver so I assume he took my order home with him and had a free dinner on me.
