DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE !!!! ... This car dealership sold me a 2007 Honda Civic hybrid with over 200,000 miles on it for 3,500. I asked first if they would take 2,800 cash because the mileage was pretty high and such and they said no, so I asked how bout 3k cash, they said they weren’t going down in price because ‘they wouldn’t make any money off it’. So I bought it anyways, and on my way home from making the purchase the check engine light came on along with the IMA light. I knew immediately it was the hybrid battery. Which is a 2k-4K repair. When I got home my sister checked the codes and it indeed said ‘hybrid battery pack deteriorating’. I called immediately and asked if I could purchase a warranty and what all covered it. They sent me the warranty information and said the price of the warranty for only a year will be $1700 and when asked why the price was so high, I was told it’s because the car had too many miles ..... && guess what, it didn’t cover the hy battery. Obviously these people cleared all the codes before they sold the car to me. Plus not going down in price & trying to charge me 1700 for a warranty that won’t cover the major problem. It’s sad that they do this to people && it’s even more sad that they did this to a single mother (me). Sad that the staff seemed so nice & genuine and I thought the dealership had great reviews. But now I’m stuck paying 7k for a car with 200,000 plus and who knows what else is wrong with it.

Make sure to call in about the car you want, the sales person was very honest and nice and very understandable. Would recommend getting a car here if it is in good shape!

I bought a 2011 ford fiesta from YALCARS on May 18th, 2020 and was told there were no known issues. I was then told I had 15 days to buy a warranty. After less than a week of driving the car the engine light came on. Both my father and I called SEVERAL times trying to get the warranty and no one would call us back. I had multiple local mechanics look at it and they all agreed it was obvious that codes had been cleared before the dealership sold me the car. I had to fix the catalytic converter after only having the car for a week. Then, I got a warning on the car that there was a transmission malfunction and my local Ford dealership said the transmission control module had to be replaced and that the air conditioning unit was spraying Freon every time I used it (and it only works about half the time) so I will have to replace that as well. I have spent SEVERAL THOUSAND dollars fixing this car when I was told it had no problems. I have also had to replace the breaks, among other parts. YALCARS still will not call me or my father back, even after they took his cell phone number and swore they would contact us. We will most likely be taking legal action because it is illegal to clear codes, and every time we mention this to them on the phone they avoid talking about it and make up some excuse that they will have to call us back. I am EXTREMELY disappointed in this place and would NOT recommend them to anyone.
