The atmosphere is friendly and comfortable and encouraging. No matter what level of fitness you are at the workouts are tailored to your level and your need. There are guys and gals who have been doing high level fitness for years working out next to guys and gals who are just beginning their fitness journey and everyone is working together. No pressure to lift heavy weights or to do things that you can’t do, but great encouragement to push yourself a little more during each workout. The couches are hands on and will always always take time to coach you on technique and form. CrossFit crowned is a great place to begin, continue or augment your fitness journey.

I joined this gym for when I come out to OH so I have attended many classes here. Mitch and the team of coaches are excellent and highly recommended, Matt is great! They focus on proper form and are accommodating to all skill and experience levels. The environment is inclusive, friendly and supportive just like my home gym in CO.

I’ve dropped into a couple CrossFit gyms during my travels and no one compares locally to my home gym CROSSFIT CROWNED. The coaching is top notch, always encouraging you through the workouts and offering suggestions and tips to get the best workout and experience. The community is very friendly, the current members and staff are always welcoming new members and other drop ins. Also this is the cleanest facility I have ever seen!
