Pete was an excellent salesman to work with. We purchased a car and did a trade-in. He was easy to work with during the offer & counter-offer with no haggling. Honestly, by the time we were ready to walk out the door with our new purchase, I felt as though I had been working with a family member! Fantastic experience!

The service is amazing here at Jim White Honda in Maumee. My family has been coming here for years and we are always taken care of with the best cars. I recommend buying or leasing your cars from this location. Tony, our salesman, always takes care of us and gets us great deals. He goes above and beyond. He is always helpful and friendly.

Loved the salesman and how quick it was to purchase a car. But I wanted to know more about the loan before I went back to sign. Hopefully my car is ready by next week. Much better experience than the last time I purchased a car.

I went there for an oil change which I always enjoy doing but the 2 last times I’ve gone have been very disheartening. I called and had informed them I had something hanging off the bottom of my car and they were able to fix it right away but then said we didn’t do an inspection which I thought was odd and regretted it now. This time I came in for a oil change and they did the inspection which should of been done before I come too find out I have multiple issues that I needed to get fixed more then likely I should of asked else where but in good faith I paid the large amount and waited 3 hours which I feel was a waste of money now. My tire light came on half way home and kept blinking and I called and informed them about it with quite a disregard of my issue and they hung up me. I called back and still felt disappointed with there team who handled my question even tho it could just been noted and fixed. TrulynDissatisfied with these last couple times I’ve been here.
